What kind of restaurant is the least stressful to wait tables at?

Right now i work Islands restaurant. Chain family corp- kids eat free tuesdays kind of place. It can be very high volume and customers modifications can drive me crazy- people just make up their own food and it's stressful to have so many modifications all the time. My question is if i serve a higher end restaurant would there be less modifications? I mean, you can't really modify pasta or steak too much, right? Plus, i'm thinking people dining in a nicer place may be more inclined to order the way the chef has designed it- sorta an insult to change it too much- just order what is on the menu. I'm at my wits end and thinking i may need to leave this stress of this bread of restaurant. Please help! SOS!!!!
