What are good healthy meals to eat for a diet?!? PLEASE HELP!?

Ok so. I'm 12 and I'm around 140 to 143 pounds... I'm trying to lose weight for middle school, since I signed up for show choir. I am looking o lose about 20-30 pounds before Aug. 15, 2011 and right now it's june. So.. I really needs healthy foods that my family can make, or I can make for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I got snacks covered because I eat an apple if I'm hungry. This is what my typical day looks like: I eat a cup of special K cereal (fruit and yogurt) with a cup of skim milk for breakfast, Anything like a sandwhich, LITTLE bit of pasta and lean meat, or meat for lunch and maybe a cup of water. Then I eat a salad, grilled cheese, or potaoes with lean meat for dinner with maybe a cup or two of water. then I MIGHT eat a bite of something sweet literally a bite. I wait 20-30 minutes then I workout for an hour. I dane hard for 30 minutes, do 100 legg lifts, 100 sit ups, and work 12 minutes on an ab machine called ab circle pro. Then I drink plenty of water and take 2 tables spoons of PURE honey 10-15 minutes before I go to bed. I noticed some changes... but not much. BYW I've been doing this for 1 week and 2 days. So please tell me good foods i can eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that won' backtrack me and cause me to gain weight, but help me lose weight and stay healthy. ALSO, if you could list any websites that have good info and working out or healthy eating that would be great. OR just tell me foods, and workout things that I can do. I really need to lose weight in my stomach and legs, and maybe a bit of the old bottom........ SO yeah... this will help a lot ... I at least want to fit a sixe small or medium in clothes. Not a large or XL.... thanks. And motivational tips would be great. I REALLY want this weight to come off. Help!
