NERVOUS! JOB INTERVIEW?

I got a phone call to a job interview after turning in a job application! I'm 17. This is my first time getting a job phone call for an interview plus I'm DESPERATE FOR THIS JOB! It's simply a restaurant related job. But here, my big questions are What am I gonna be asked? What are most likely to be the questions? How should I answer them? If I can, should I lie to seem to be a better person? (It's not like they're gonna investigate me right?) How am I supposed to act? What should I wear? Should I smile a lot? What about my long hair? Should I arrive an hour early? ... I'm SO NERVOUS! HELP ME PLEASE! I'm driven crazy!
