Is my budgie sick? standing on one leg...?

my budgie jojo was bought about a week and a half ago from Petco. now i've noticed that he is standing on one leg (left) and holding his right up. when i take him out of the cage and he sits on my finger he isn't gripping with his right like he is with his left? what might be the issue with my jojo???
