How do I delete bad reviews for a restaurant on a website?

I am the new manager of a restaurant and the reviews about us on websites are terrible. Is there a way to delete the reviews and start all over. They are mainly on citysearch and yellowpages. When people google the website to get our information, the bad reviews are the first thing they see. Please help!!
