How can I get money if I'm only 15?

Hi. I have separate households so both of my parents have to work and pay for living units, so there isn't really any money to spend on me or my siblings. And being a teen, there are lots of things I not only want and need. My dad has money but he tends to spend a lot of it going out and won't pay for anything for me and my mom works hard as a waitress so we make enough money to nearly come by.. I'm grateful to my mom and God that I have a bed to sleep in, some food to eat.. but I really wish I had more than 4 outfits.. I still wear cloth shorts that I wore when I was like 8. I can't get a job because I'm trying as hard as I can in school and band and choir to get a scholarship somehow.. How can I get clothes?
