How can I become an actress at 13 with little to none experience?

I'm 13 and want to become an actress but I don't know if i have what it takes to become it like I don't know if I have enough experience I've taken hip-hop classes but does that count as a dance class I've also taken ballet but does that count as well.For the singing part I was in my school choir. And for acting I was in drama in 5th grade but quit before the big play I WAS in a "play" i guess you would call it was like a singing play.Being an actress is something I really want to be for years now so please tell me if I can make it and where to find an agency.
