Good colleges that I have a chance to enter?

I am a junior right now and I am choosing between medical or engineering. I am ranked number three or two in my class of 900 kids. I don't play school sports and I am not a club leader or member.but I am a tae kwon do third dan black belt, member of church choir and orchestra. I teach kids tae kwon do and lead Some summer activities. I know that I should have been more active at school but it's too Late. I got a 2090 on my first SAT test and I will get my next score this thursday. I want a college in california preferably.should I clarify anything else?
