Did I eat okay today?

Uh.......How to put this right. You ate crap. If you want to lose weight you have to eat healthy. You need lots of fruits and veggies. I snack throughout the day as well but I eat more healthy. Generally when i wake up I have 1/4 cup of oatmeal with an egg and a yogurt. Then when I want my snack I eat some nuts, fruit or I do something like peanut butter on celery with rasins. For lunch I generally have a ton of veggies with some type of meat and more veggies. Then for snack I eat more veggies if I didn't have it earlier with some hummus(hummus is my favorite dip. It's beans blended with herbs) Then for dinner I have some more meat with a ton of veggies and a serving of rice or a sweet potato. Then I will have a little chocolate here and there that adds up to about an ounce. If you want to lose weight you need to eat healthy similar to that and exercise. I do about an hour of cardio a day and sometimes i get in some toning exercises.
