How much $ per year do u think the average woman receives from men away from the workplace?

I tallied up what I spent on girlfriend last year and the sum came to 1.5K. I'm a college student who works part time and full time in the summer so that is a hugh amount of my income. I told her that i needed to cut back on spending to catch up on some bills. She wasn't happy that some of that cutting back was coming from the money i spend on her and every time we have a dutch date it ends up resulting in a fight about my "cheapness". Really her having to only occasionally pay her own is cheap? Then she is the queen of cheap cuz until a few months ago she never paid her way much less mine.
