What is the name of this male duo?

May be a tough question...they sang a famous pop loveish song, it was two younger guys in the KCI/JoJo era, however they were both Caucasian and it wasn't an R&B song. I believe the artists names with the song were just two common names such as Eric and Tyler, not a band name. Either late 1990's or early 2000's. Elvis Duran has made fun of them with a "Where are they now" type segment before.
